Recently, our steam heated ironers have also been updated to the IronMAX concept. The centerpiece of this update is the new steam circuit, in which the chests and bridges adopt a variant to the parallel flow principle. The steam circuit is designed for optimal evacuation of condensation.
Together with the enlarged bridge and individual springs, this update assures that the IronMAX steam ironers offer maximal productivity and efficiency.

Identical to the gas heated version, the IronMAX steam is designed with ease of maintenance and maximal accessibility in mind, assuring significant reductions in the total cost of ownership. As for the chest, the IronMAX steam retains the hinged, 2-part thick chest design that has become signature for the Lapauw steam ironer. The hydraulic chest lifting system with programmable pressure settings assures maximal finishing quality.

The IronMAX steam features standard PLC control with touch screen, allowing the creation of multiple ironing programs. The option set features a modular steam valve, that allows the laundry to reduce the steam consumption even further. The IRONMAX Steam is now available in 2-roll and 3-roll with 1200 mm roll diameter and will also be expanded to other sizes and models.
