Trolleywash
Designed for laundry trolley's but today the Trolleywash has seen more applications : From hygienic containers to catering trolley's to plastic containers.
The height of 1800 mm and universal floor plates allow virtually any trolley.

EFFECTIVE CLEANING
From moving nozzles, to nozzles in the floor, to programmable soak times : The Trolleywash assures effective and complete cleaning of any surface.
DISINFECTION GUARANTEED
Steam injection in the cabin creates optimal conditions for thermal disinfection.
Temperature and time are programmable and PLC offers also A0-algorithm.
DRY TO THE TOUCH
The drying cycle exists out of 2 phases :
- Steam heats the cabin and its contents, which evaporates the water on the surfaces. Temperature and time are programmable.
- A powerful fan (1700 m³/h) draws in fresh air and evacuates the moist.
This assures optimal drying conditions and even complete drying in short cycle times.
ENHANCED TRACABILITY & CONNECTIVITY
PLC logs vital parameters like temperature and time, and provides data transfer to laundry & quality management software.
